Registration Cancellation
Participants may request cancellation by contacting our payments team.
Refund Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated on the workshop registration page:
- Refund requests made 7 or more days before the scheduled workshop may be eligible for a refund after deducting applicable payment gateway or administrative charges.
- Refund requests made less than 7 days before the workshop are generally not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided after the workshop has started or after access to digital content has been granted.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable materials, recordings, and digital courses:
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a workshop does not qualify for a refund.
Workshop Cancellation by Us
If Samrruddhi Healing Center cancels a workshop, participants may choose either:
- A full refund of the registration fee, or
- Transfer to another available workshop of equal value.
Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A stable internet connection
- A compatible device
- Necessary software to attend online sessions
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues arising from the participant’s own equipment or internet connection.
Transfer of Registration
Where permitted, registrations may be transferred to another person or another batch by contacting us before the workshop begins. Approval is at our discretion and may depend on the specific program.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
